I am an accounting expert. I have experience working as a financial statement auditor, completing financial analysis and reporting for a multi-million dollar international company, in leadership for nonprofit organizations, and directly with individuals pursuing their passions by creating a small business.

I quit my last job as Chief Financial Officer while taking a certification course for wedding and event planning in 2015. Today, I own and operate a profitable consulting firm, an event management business and I just launched a coworking and event space. I have mentored more than 50 small business owners. I've been behind the scenes and evaluated the financial health of brands you know and many you don't.

I've lost loved ones and money. I've traveled to 24 countries and 35 states across the US. I have had some really proud moments and great achievements and experienced devastating lows.

I combine all these experiences with more than 20 years of professional expertise, creativity and story-telling to share in a manner that is always engaging and relatable. I use plain language to explain accounting and financial concepts. I give practical advice to boost confidence with money matters.

My delivery style is light and makes intimidating topics approachable.
